Got the new scheduled and task 4 RA

Dear all,

I would like to inform you the future schedule for the completion of
the draft LCS Blueprint.

Internal Researchers & RAs Meeting

Date: 13th or 14th or 15th August
Venue: Environment Lab, B11
Purpose:
To confirm the current progress of each group, and see and solve obstacles.

Internal Workshop for Researchers & RAs at UTM
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Date: 27th & 28th August
Venue: Within UTM campus (Details will be informed later)
Purpose:
To make the draft 100% complete on ad-hock basis.
Dr. Janice, Dr. Gomi, Dr. Ashina, Dr. Fujino & Ms. Baizura will join
this workshop.

Prof. Matsuoka will visit UTM from 3rd September to make final
checking of the contents.

Venue: Not fixed
Expected participants: Business communities

Venue: Not fixed.
Expected participants: City council members etc

For further arrangements, I would appreciate if you could;
1. advise your availability of the week of 13 August for internal
researchers and RAs meeting,

2. advise whether or not you will be able to come on 27 & 28 August
for the workshop. In principal, all of you has to attend this
workshop.

3. find and check the attached meeting minutes and excel matrix which
summarize issues to be considered.

I hope that everyone will be released from hardness of writing-up of
the draft after September.
